1. Who We Are
Unistep is a software product developed and distributed by Ion Alexandre CARTIANT (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the Unistep website and software (the “Services”). By accessing the website, downloading the software, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
2. Licenses
We offer the following license types. Features and limits are part of the license terms:
- Free: Limited features; may include a small watermark in exports.
- Evaluation: Full feature access for testing; exports include a large watermark (except small projects as described on the pricing page).
- Standard / Pro: Paid licenses with no watermarks. Pro adds advanced features (e.g., drill‑down, inter‑process links, re‑use of exported data).
- Student / Edu: Discounted licenses for educational use.
Licenses are personal and non‑transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell the software except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Payments and Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Time-Limited Licenses expire after a set period; users must purchase a new license to continue using the software. Renewals are not automatic, and prices exclude applicable taxes and fees.
- Perpetual licenses are one-time purchases; updates and support are provided only if covered by a separate plan.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank fees.
- Refunds are provided only where required by law.
