Unistep will be available in several editions (Evaluation, Standard, Pro, and Student/Edu) to suit different needs.

Trial Version

In the unregistered (trial) version of Unistep, you can freely switch between Trial Standard and Trial Pro modes using the button on the ribbon. This allows you to explore all available features and decide which edition best fits your needs.

To help you evaluate Unistep, the trial version has no functional limitations and no time limit. All animations generated in Visio, HTML, and Video formats are simply watermarked to indicate they were created with the trial version.

With a licensed version of Unistep, you can generate animated HTML pages — and, in the Pro version, Videos — for all your process diagrams, with no limits on size, duration, or number of exports.

Unistep licences are managed by a trusted payment partner. You can choose between Unistep Standard and Unistep Pro editions. Please review the feature differences before purchase.

The purchase page that connects to our payment processor is opened directly from the Unistep Registration window inside the software. It automatically sends your Unistep serial number for the corresponding Standard or Pro version to ensure correct licence activation.

All prices are final and exclude VAT — Unistep is sold directly by the author as a private individual, not registered for VAT purposes. Invoices can be issued on request as non-VAT invoices in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC. Please see the Unistep Terms and Conditions for full details. Your payment signifies your full agreement with these conditions.

Serial Number Verification

Each licence is tied to the serial number of your Unistep installation, which in turn is linked to the PC where Microsoft Visio is installed.

Licence Delivery

Licences are processed manually to ensure accuracy. After payment, you will first receive an acknowledgement from our payment partner. Within 2–3 business days (usually the same day) you will receive your licence key by email.

Updates

During the license validity period, you are entitled to all functional and maintenance updates of Unistep.

Student & EDU Licences

For EDU licences, please contact us from your academic email address or provide proof of student/educator status.
