Unistep frequently asked questions (FAQ)

FAQ for support

What are limitations of the trial version?

The trial version has all the functions available, for both versions, Pro and Std.

After download and installation, Unistep runs in Trial mode. With a dedicated button on Unistep ribbon, you can switch between the Standard – Trial and Pro – Trial editions to assess which feature set best suits your needs. You can also change the interface language between English and French in the setup form.

During the first 30 days, the trial includes all Standard and Pro features and allows you to export your animated diagrams (with a watermark) as animated HTML and, for Pro version setup, MP4 videos. After 30 days, export is disabled, but Unistep remains fully usable to open and animate in Visio. All your previous exports continue to work normally, as they do not require Visio or Unistep. Once you activate your licence, you will be able to animate and export your projects without any watermark.

Bottom line

The trial confirms that Unistep installs as a Visio add-in (you’ll see a dedicated ribbon tab) and lets you explore all features on your own diagrams. Try it freely—then activate your license to keep exporting without limitation.
