Evaluation Edition
In the Evaluation edition, you can freely switch between Standard and Pro feature sets from the ribbon to explore everything Unistep can do.
The Evaluation edition grants you full access to the complete capabilities of Unistep for 30 days, allowing you to experience its full value. After this period, export functionality is disabled, but you may continue animating your Visio diagrams seamlessly.
All animations generated in Visio and HTML (and in Pro mode, Videos) are simply watermarked.
With a licensed edition of Unistep, you can generate animated HTML pages — and, in the Pro edition, Videos — for all your process diagrams, with no limits on size, duration, or number of exports.

Licences are managed by a trusted payment partner. You can choose between Unistep Standard and Unistep Pro editions. Please review the feature differences before purchase.
The purchase page that connects to our payment processor is opened directly from the Unistep Registration window inside the software. It automatically sends your Unistep serial number for the corresponding Standard or Pro edition to ensure correct licence activation.
Maintenance & Updates
- First year included with every purchase (annual or perpetual): maintenance and support covering compatibility with Microsoft Visio (including stencils), bug fixes, and technical assistance.
- Perpetual licences after year one: you continue to receive free updates as long as Microsoft maintains compatibility for the Visio version you use. If a future Visio release introduces breaking changes, a paid upgrade may be offered — your current Unistep version remains fully usable with your current Visio.
Serial Number Verification
Each licence is tied to the serial number of your Unistep installation, which in turn is linked to the PC where Microsoft Visio is installed.
Licence Delivery
Licences are processed manually to ensure accuracy. After payment, you will first receive an acknowledgement from our payment partner. Within 2–3 business days (usually the same day) you will receive your licence key by email.
